Who we are

This notice is issued by MetaClub Interactive Ltd (“MetaClub”, “we”, “us”). It applies to this pre-launch informational website and related authentication pages operated by the company.

Scope

This notice covers limited information that may be processed when you visit the public website, create an account, sign in, or use related account functions that are currently available. It is not a full product privacy policy for a launched game, marketplace or prize system.

What information this website may process

• Technical information typically generated by visiting a website (for example IP address, browser type and request logs) through our hosting providers.
• Account authentication details you voluntarily provide when registering or signing in (such as email address and password), processed through our authentication provider.
• Essential cookies used to maintain a signed-in session when you use authentication features.
• An optional referral cookie if you arrive via a referral link containing a referral code parameter.
• Business enquiry information if you email the company using a published contact address.

This public informational site does not use advertising trackers or analytics products in the current application codebase. We do not claim to collect information beyond what the live implementation and its hosting providers process.

Purposes and lawful bases

• Operating and securing the website and authentication flows (legitimate interests and/or contract where you create an account).
• Responding to business, compliance or verification enquiries (legitimate interests or consent, depending on the enquiry).
• Meeting legal obligations that apply to the company.

Service providers and hosting

The website may be hosted and delivered using infrastructure providers such as application hosting and database/authentication services. Those providers process information on our behalf under their terms and applicable data-protection arrangements.
