These are provisional website terms for this pre-launch informational website operated by MetaClub Interactive Ltd. They are not the final game terms, marketplace terms, competition rules or prize terms.
Informational and pre-launch nature
This website provides company and product information while MetaClub is in development. The game and any customer-facing cryptocurrency functionality are not currently available to the public through this page.
No financial or investment offer
- Nothing on this website is an offer of financial services, cryptoasset investment, staking, yield or guaranteed returns.
- This page does not currently offer game assets, clubs, prizes or marketplace purchases for sale.
- Native USDC on Base is described only as an intended future payment and settlement rail. MetaClub does not issue its own cryptocurrency token and does not present USDC as an investment offered by MetaClub.
Intellectual property
Content on this website, including text, branding and layout, is owned by MetaClub Interactive Ltd or used under licence. You may not copy or reuse it except as permitted by law or with prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt services, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep information accurate, but pre-launch materials may change. The website may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
